Trade set up times
Friday 6th December 12:00pm – 7.00pm
Saturday 7th December 8.00am – 9am
Sunday 8th December 8.30am – 9am
Saturday: The show opens at 9.30am to pre-booked ticket holders and 10am to all other visitors. The show closes at 5pm.
Sunday: The show opens at 9.30am to pre-booked ticket holders and 10am to all other visitors. The show closes at 4.00pm.
Do not break down until the aisles have been cleared and you hear a tannoy announcement instructing breakdown to begin. Breakdown of the show on Sunday 8th December must be completed by 7pm.
Please note our contract with the venue expires at 7pm on Sunday 8th December. Should any traders be left on site after this time they may incur a £300 late clearance fee.
Vehicle passes will be emailed to you before the event with your set-up letter. Your trade passes will be given to you with your welcome pack on arrival.
Ensure that you carry your trade badges with you at all times to gain entry into the venue during show hours and your vehicle passes are displayed in your vehicle windscreen.
No vehicles are allowed into the hall.
If you book electricity, a socket will be provided within or near to each stand. You are required to bring adapters and extension leads as you will be required to distribute from the socket. Please note that they will need to be PAT tested prior to arrival.
ALL electrical appliances must be subjected to Portable Appliance Testing (PAT). Labelling of appliances with date of inspection is necessary as verification of testing. Four way multi-block extension leads of no more than 2 metres in length must be utilised. All extension leads MUST be uncoiled and fitted with appropriate fuses. Multiple plug adaptors are not permitted. The electrical contractor may make checks to ensure compliance with regulations. Electric will available from 2pm Friday and then disconnect at 4:30pm on Sunday.
If you do not pre-book tables, chairs or electricity please be aware that it may not be available to order at the event.
