Bristol Model Railway Exhibition Setup

Exhibitor Set Up:

Thursday 28th April: 3pm – 8pm

Friday 29th April: 8.30am – 12 noon

Saturday 30th April: 8.30am – 9:30am

Sunday 1st May 8:30am – 9:30am

(On arrival please check-in with the organisers and collect your Welcome Pack)

Breakdown:

Sunday 1st May – Do not breakdown until you hear the tannoy announcement instructing breakdown to begin.

Halls must be cleared by 7:00pm

Please note our contract with the venue expires at 7:00pm on Sunday 1st May. Should any traders be left on site after this time they may incur a £300 late clearance fee

Unloading/Exhibitors Car Park:

You will not be able to drive into the halls. After unloading please move your vehicles to the Exhibitors Car Park. All cars in the Exhibitors Car Park must display their vehicle pass at all times.

Opening Times:

12.30pm – 7.00pm Friday

10.00am – 5.00pm Saturday (9.30am for pre-booked)

10.00am – 4.30pm Sunday (9.30am for pre-booked)
