16/3/20 Coronavirus update – Please note The Yorkshire Motorhome & Campervan Show (20-22 March) has been cancelled. We will start to assess plans for our future events as this week continues.


This is Warners only day visitor event, attracting our second largest day visitor footfall of over 7800, aimed at driving buyers into the market pre-Easter and working hard together with the industry to generate early sales.


This event in late March, aims to invigorate the market for the season ahead. We work together with the trade to drive buyers to every stand and give each company a sales boost at this time of year.


Having previously held a show in Yorkshire for many years and realising the value of this area, Warners are delighted to be able to offer and work with The Yorkshire Event Centre in Harrogate, especially after their significant investment in the venue. Now in its seventh year, the show continues to grow, and proves to be a very strong starting point to our show season.


This day visitor event will encourage motorhome buyers into the market early, while also ensuring visitors purchase their vital camping accessories for the season ahead. Day visitors will be able to pre-book tickets and get a discounted entry of £5.00 (on the door £7.00).


The show will be marketed through the vast Warner’s portfolio of outdoor leisure titles, including market leading magazines MMM & Campervan. Our magazines printed products reach a combined circulation of 59,000 people each month supplemented with 55,500 email recipients, 1 million unique views per month on our consumer website (www.outandaboutlive.co.uk), and 128,000 social media followers. We will also promote via The Caravan and Motorhome Club and Camping and Caravanning Club, a combined target audience of 665,000 members. By working closely with them and their sites local to Harrogate we will look to drive a huge day visitor presence.

Due to its success, ticket fulfilment will continue to be handled by marketing giant Ticket Factory. Their platform gives us ongoing potential to target new visitors through their various channels, reaching their multimillion UK wide audience.

A comprehensive external marketing campaign, both in print and digital will also be executed with selected show partners.


All trade space is very competitively priced per square metre. We can offer indoor, outdoor grass and outdoor hard standing space.
