The Scottish Motorhome & Campervan Show – Set-up

Hi-vis vests must be worn for set up and breakdown at Warners shows and where there is vehicle movement.

Exhibitor Set Up Days:
Wednesday 1st July, 9am – 5pm. No vehicle movement after 5pm.
Thursday 2nd July, 8am – 9pm. No vehicle movement after 9pm.
Friday 3rd July, 8am – 9am. The show will open at 9.30am.

Vehicle passes will be emailed to you prior to the show, after stand payment has been received. You will collect your trade, overnight and service passes, as requested, on the security gate upon arrival.

Report to security gate on arrival at the site where you will be given a site induction and can collect and sign for your trade, camping and service passes.  No access to site without appropriate passes, no passes to be issued before recipient has received and signed for the site induction.

Take a look under the ‘Site Safety Information’ tab at the site induction and site safety rules document to familiarise yourself with this before arrival at the showground.

 If you are employing a contractor, for example to stand build or erect a marquee for you we ask that you forward a copy of the site safety rules to them.  They will be given the site induction and asked to sign in before they can commence work on site.  Please ensure you have a copy of their risk assessment and method statement and public liability insurance.  Warners will need to have a copy on file prior to them entering the site.

Sunday 5th July, 5pm – onwards
Monday 6th July, 8am – 5pm
Tuesday 7th July, 8am – 5pm **

** A FINANCIAL PENALTY will be incurred if the showground is not cleared, including exterior areas, by Tuesday 7th April 5pm. The showground will impose a charge of £15,000 plus VAT for any day or part day thereafter payable by the exhibitor.

Breakdown cannot commence until the show is officially closed at 4.30pm on the Sunday of the event. Failure to comply with this request may result in your company not being invited to exhibit at any of Warners events in the future.

Please be vigilant and do not allow the general public especially children, onto your stand during set up and breakdown. Children under 16 must be accompanied at all times.

To gain entry to the exhibition area you will require your trade pass, please keep this on you at all times.

Please ensure your stand is ready for 9am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the show, and you keep your stand number on display so visitors to the show are able to locate you from the plan they receive.

When your company arrives on site could we please request that you instruct your drivers to keep to roadways and not to cut across corners or onto other company’s stands. Anyone driving in a dangerous or careless manner in an area deemed to be a public place will be liable for prosecution.

Movement of vehicles is not allowed in the exhibition area during show opening times. Vehicles may not move unless told to do so, around 30 minutes after the show closes, to allow the public to leave the exhibition area safely.

Please note: When erecting your stand, all mains water and electricity supplies may be laid within 1 metre of roadways. Stands would have been allocated extra space due to this and should be set back 1 metre to allow for it.
